The website

What the user can do on the Freecals website, and how to send them there.

Links

  • Food entries and days carry a url that opens them on the website. Share it when the user wants to see their journal.
  • get_overview returns connectedAppsUrl. On that page the user sees and disconnects AI apps, and creates API keys for apps that send a fixed key.
  • get_overview also returns accountUrl. On that page the user downloads an export of the whole journal as a zip of JSON files, imports such a zip back, or deletes the account. An import into another account adds copies of the records with new ids. No tool exports the journal or deletes the account.
  • Each guide topic is also a page on the website.

Glucose and insulin

  • The glucose and insulin tools are off by default. To turn them on, the user connects Freecals at the MCP URL with ?with=diabetes added.
