How to record weigh-ins.

Weigh-ins

• Weight is stored in kilograms. Show it in the profile's display unit.
• Each log_weight adds a weigh-in. A second weigh-in on the same date does not replace the first. Add a note when the user says why it differs.
• Current weight is the latest weigh-in by scale time, not the latest one logged.

Times

• Pass time as HH:MM when the user says when they weighed: "9am", "19:38", "this morning", "an hour later".
• Resolve a relative time from the previous weigh-in or from now.
• "This morning" said in the afternoon needs a morning time or a question. Do not send the current time.

Backfills and corrections

• Screenshots from a scale app are a backfill: one log_weight per reading, each with its date and time.
• To correct a weigh-in, pass its weight_… id with the full state. An omitted note is cleared.
